Quality is an issue that Swift Lift Uk continually strive to improve and in this regard have an electronic Quality Management System accredited to BS EN ISO 9001: 2000. The system is internally and externally audited on a regular basis and areas of weakness identified and improved as necessary. Clients are consulted post
contract completion to provide feedback and advice on how we could have improved our service and this information is used to update our systems and training as appropriate.
