Units for inspection are selected at random and findings of
the survey are reported back to our directors for their deliberation

a day 365 days of the year ensuring rapid response to your
needs. With our commitment to ISO 9001:2000, our quality

procedures and computerised
logging system allows us to constantly monitor site conditions,
identifying traffic patterns without the need for repetative
fault diagnosis.
Our aim is to provide a Comprehensive
Prevention Programme addressing foreseeable problems, so
that your lift installations are only ever out of service
when it is absolutely necessary.
Once in contract with the Swift
Lift Company UK Ltd, we provide monthly reports on the general
condition, with annual reports on current legislation, HSE
requirements, EEC Directives and any notification of change
that may affect your lift installations, in order that budgets
can be set for modifications that may be required.
In addition to lift maintenance we undertake full turnkey
projects varying from repairs to complete modernisation
schemes.
To compliment the refurbishments
we include for associated builders and electrical works
under our supervision, to minimise site programmes.
We are approved under the lift
regulations 1997: schedule 12 to design as well as having
the facility to manufacture. This enables us to offer full
lift packages, cosmetic upgrades to existing lifts and lift
car interiors including all Disabled Discrimination Act
enhancements.
